Bachelor of Arts — English Literature, Media Studies
My degree focused on British literature, African-American literature and Medieval English literature. I also minored in the Media Studies Program, which focused primarily on how media has evolved over time and how it affects people's' day to day lives.
During this time I was also the editor-in-chief of The Forum, the student-run newspaper at Piedmont Virginia Community College. I was responsible for assigning articles to other students, writing articles, editing articles and coordinating the paper's twice-monthly print schedule.

My degree focused on English literature, sociology, Spanish language and journalism. During this time I was a staff writer for The Forum, the college's student-run newspaper. I wrote one to three articles per paper and we produced a paper twice a month.
